I have been working with clients in the State of Minnesota for over 28 years in the areas of Probate, Wills, Trusts, (Revocable and Irrevocable), Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directives (Living Wills), Elder Law (including Medical Assistance and Long Term Care Planning), Special Needs Trusts, Guardianships/Conservatorships, Real Estate matters, and Small Business/Corporate matters. I also handle other matters, such as Gifting and Planning for distribution of an individual’s property at his or her death, taking into consideration Wills, taxes, insurance, property ownership options, and Trusts, in order to gain the maximum benefit of all laws, while carrying out my clients’ wishes.
I started my own practice in 1989, and
have worked out of my Richfield office since 1991. I answer my own phone, and personally respond promptly to all
messages and correspondence.
It is important to me that my clients receive timely
answers to their questions and concerns.
I am located in Richfield, and provide
personalized legal services, not only in the Counties of
Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, Carver, Anoka, Dakota, and Washington,
but through out the State of Minnesota.
Many of my clients are stressed and
anxious when they contact me.
I take great professional and personal satisfaction
providing my clients with hands-on, compassionate service at a
time of great emotional distress.
My services are friendly and personal, and my rates are
very competitive.
Contact me
to schedule a no charge initial consultation to discuss your
special circumstances.
Education/Work Experience
I grew up on a farm in Southwest Minnesota and graduated from
Redwood Falls High School in 1972.

Arts Degree in Political Science.
I always wanted to be a lawyer, so I
attended William Mitchell College of Law and was admitted to the
Minnesota State Bar in 1980.
I worked at Honeywell, Inc., and Mackall, Crounse, and
Moore, PLC, a downtown law firm for a few years after that.
